District 3 San Francisco meeting

District 3 San Francisco Chapter will be having a meeting on Sept 25 from 10am-noon. 

It will be held at SFVA Medical Center - PACU.  The address is 4150 Clement St. San Francisco, CA  94121  BLG. 203, Room 3C-1.  One contact hour will be awarded.  The speaker will be Dr. Zadfar, Anesthesia Resident on a Perianesthesia topic.
